Lightfall’s meandering and poorly explained plot. But as a gradual evolution of what has come before, it brings a lot of important additions to the table. It misses the mark as a narrative and in a few other key ways. So game took about 80 hours and it was very good but i still think that weapons, items or food need some buffs. Lightfall is the penultimate chapter in the storytelling arc that has been underway since the original game’s launch in 2014. But it is not hard.ītw i almost killed true final boss Ericha on first try but than i needed another 10-15 hours for a good try to kill him.
REVIEW DUNGREED GAME INFORMER TRIAL
Just skill.Trial #3 took ~1 hour maximum and it was most boring trial cause you need to die after small mistake (trials need "quick restart" button). All in all, pick this game up if it's on sale. Dungreed is 2D side-scrolling action game with a Rogue-LITE element. There aren't many game-ending bugs anymore, and the bugs that exist actually make the game more fun sometimes. They have NO random stats, items, weapons. By no means is this a perfect game, for a particularly balanced one, but you'll most likely end up finding a good build in every run. This game is hard on RNG but even with mediocre gear, you can get pretty far. Even if I do beat it, it will be totally luck based which just makes me feel bad :/ But its probably my limit as you have to kill waves of enemies with your equipment and stats re-defined by the trial (sword n shield, 300hp and 5 cent defense/toughness) but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I just cant beat it. Im not good at this game or anything platforming or bullethell shootery like yet iv managed to get to Trial #3 pre-40hrs.
